About the Projects:
The construction of the complex of the Government of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka was realized through two separate contracts according to the “turn-key” model. Within the first contract, a business building of the Government of the Republic of Srpska was built (Project A), and within the second contract, three business facilities of the ministries of the Government of the Republic of Srpska (Project B) were built. In this way, conditions have been created for the accommodation of the government and ministries of the Republic of Srpska in a unique, highly functional and modern space. At the same time, operating costs have been reduced and the efficiency of institutions has increased. These buildings have become symbols of the new Banja Luka.

Scope of works:

  • Design of all business buildings and area around them;
  • Construction of four business buildings of total surface P = 55.673 m2 (P= 25.842,75m2 + PB=29.830,5m2) in the cathegory of high buildings (A = 20 floors, B = 12 floors);
  • Facade: aluco-bond and curtain walling);
  • Design and instalation of:
    • the morden electrical instalations: independent power supply of the building and system of constant building power supply; 
    • the central heating and cooling system;
    • the IT-system with systems of access control, video surveillance and decorative facade illumination;
    • fully automated fire-protection system;
  • Complete water supply and sewerage installations;
  • Interior decoration and furniture;
  • Construction of internal communications and parking space.
